Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
How to Start a Return
Email us at support@silkyblink.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 24 hours with instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be applied to your original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been opened or used
- Items not in original packaging
- Items purchased on sale (store credit only)
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at support@silkyblink.com. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
